Depending on your current health insurance provider or Employee Assistance Plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for Behavioral Health services.
Aetna, Aetna EAP, Anthem-GA, Anthem EAP, Cigna, Cigna EAP, United Health Care/Optum, and UHC EAP.
I’d recommend asking your insurance provider these questions to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include emotional health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
I accept debit, HSA/FSA, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Private Pay Rates
Upon request a “Super Bill” can be provided. This is a clinical receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (in whole or in part) for your sessions.
Confirming Your Appointment
Half of the session cost must be paid to confirm your appointment. A secure link will be sent via mobile app to complete the process. Your session is confirmed immediately after half of the session fee is submitted. It’s that simple!
You may cancel and reschedule once without paying another appointment confirmation fee. Of course, there are exceptions in cases of emergency.
